Queen Mary's college may well be a government-run college in town, India. Started in 1914, it is the primary women’s college inside the city and is one in each of the first three colleges for girls inside the country.Originally the residence of Lt location Francis Capper inside the mid-19th century, the building later housed a building before becoming a college in 1914. known as the Capper House, the building was preserved as a heritage building. The building was later demolished to construct a replacement body geographic point for the college known as the Kalaignar Maaligai, that was inaugurated in New Style calendar month 2010.
The college is found on junction of Kamarajar tree and Dr. politico tree facing the dock Beach. the college plays a major role in education and management of the woman children from the everyday background. one altogether the best women colleges in and around town.
